I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to run the NYC Marathon for the Lead the Way Fund. It's a great honor for me to be running in memory of Jimmy. I’ve known Jim since our younger days growing up in Manhasset and have competed both with and against him on the lacrosse field. Through knowing him I can say he was a true competitor and I have a great respect for Jimmy.

Through running for Jim I hope to spread his story and the story of all those serving our great nation. He along with many others made the ultimate sacrifice to defend our way of life. I consider myself forever in debt to all of our Nation’s great heroes.

Lead The Way Fund, Inc. raises funds in support of families of U.S. Army Rangers who have died, have been disabled or who are currently serving in harm's way around the world.
